The Housing Crisis.

I found this unfinished (and unsigned) carving at a recycling center in 2019. Having struggled with housing, and lived beside those who have lost their housing for some years, I felt the unfinished piece compelling. I decided to illustrate on it, as if it were foreclosed, and covered in the reproaches of people who would have greatly benefited from living there. It's small, but I keep it on a self to remind myself of the strange and bitter truths it represents.
